We have a full set of tooling machine includs CNC,EDM,lathe,milling and precise meansures, all these make sure the lead time of moulds ,and high exact measure machine make sure the exact dimensions of mould ,so we can supply high-quality products.
We have 13 plastic injection machines made in Taiwan in the scope of 80T, 110T, 150T, 180T, 250T, 420T, 650T, 1000T. But,we will increase the number of plastic injection machine to 17 in order to meet the demand of development of business.Besides ,we can also supply the process of painting ,printing and so on.
We boast a strong R&D team with rich experiences in the tool designing because of our several experienced engineers of tooling. We can design the part and make the moud for customers for free according the drawing, desire or samples customers offered.
